1. How to order the kitchen cabinet?
A: * Send us kitchen floor plan;
* Discussion on design, color, and more specific requirements;
* Kelen quotes estimated price;
* 3D render design for the kitchen cabinet, and CAD drawing to show size;
* Adjust detail and dimension, Kelen send invoice;
* Client pay full deposit;
* Client approve on design and drawings, Kelen arrange production;
* QC picture and assembly video from Kelen, client pay the balance;
* Delivery and installation manual provided by Kelen.
2. Are there any MOQ?
A: No MOQ, any quantity is welcome.
3. If can not travel to China, how to finalize my cabinets?A: We provide one on one video call, to help determine the available
kitchen space you have, design cabinet configuration space,select cabinet material, draw up 2D and 3D model design to build your
ideal home and meet your budget.
4. I could not decide colors online, can i have samples to post to me?
A: Yes, free color swatch will be posted to you, and you just need to cover the post fee.
5. How to install the cabinets?
A: We provide detailed installation videos and instructions.
6. What if any pieces broken/missing?
A: We do trial assembly before packing to make sure everything is based on the confirmed drawings. If any broken piece in
transit,we will replace new one for you.
