A:You need a professional installation team, The blades of a 5KW wind turbine are 4.5m long, and with the height of the tower, the total height is about 10 meters. It requires the use of professional cranes and elevators for installation. Before installation, cement pouring must be carried out to ensure the stability of the foundation.

3 .Q: Distance between wind turbine, controller and battery?

A: To reduce energy loss during transmission process.Normally better within 10m from wind turbine to controller, and controller to batteries, Batteries and inverter to load within 20-50m.

4 .Q: For horizontal axis wind turbines VS vertical axis wind turbines, what advantages does thay have ?

A: F or same watts and same wind speed,the output of horizontal wind turbines is more efficient than that of vertical wind turbines.Vertical wind turbine can start working with low wind speed ,so if the wind speed is very slowly,we suggest you to use our vertical H Q X  type.If the wind speed is over 8 m/s,our wind turbine are also with around 80-90% efficiency.

The popular points of vertucal types is there is no noise. and work noise is low ,compact size can save space,very suitable for residental area use .If you have area,and you can install the wind turbine a little far from your house ,and the wind speed is high,you can use horizontal type ,becasue it is effective .and more economical.

A:The warranty of wind turbine is 2 years ,warranty of wind controller ,wind inverter is 1~2 years ,warrany of solar inverter is 5~10years  ,warranty of solar panel is 12-year product warranty,25-year linear power output warranty ,warranty of solar bracket is 10 years.

A:For small wind turbine( 100W~5KW) ,the delivery date is 3~10days ,for middle wind turbine(10~30KW) 15~20days .for big wind turbine(50~500KW),30~60days.

10 .Q:How about the package of your products?

A:For light-weight ,and small quantity goods,we package with carton,and protect the goods via Protective sponge foam and  waterproof bag,and when quantity is big,we package with pallets to protect goods well;

For heavy goods ,we use plywood box to package to avoid any damages.
