product instructions:

1. Remove the package, check the machine appearance, if any query, please contact the service hotline with 24 hours service.

2. Add hydraulic oil into electric oil pump, 32 antiwear hydraulic oil in winter, 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil in other seasons. Add the oil to the middle upper position of liquid level meter on the side of the tank.( 0.75KW motor adds about 16 liters and 1.5 KW motor adds about 35 liters)

3. Please ask a professional electrician (Pls be sure to remember! ! ! Connect with power supply 380V or 220V, pay attention to the clockwise direction of motor running.)

4. connect high pressure tubing, bending machine 2 connectors, electric oil pump 2 connectors.

5. For manual reversing valves, the manual valve has three gears, namely (leftmost position-forward or backward) (middle position-stop (far right-forward or backward)). Please empty the operation after skilled operation to the site for use (Pls be sure to remember!!! ! ! Special remindation is that pulling the manual reversing valve to the center stop position before starting the motor.)

6. start the motor, pull the reversing valve right and left, so that the bending machine piston running idlinging back and forth for 3 times to emptying the air in the curved oil cylinder.

7. Before the operation of the bending machine, we must use the safety cover, if there is no cover please ignore, then can continue the operations.

8. During the operation of the machine, if there is any doubt, please call the service hotline wit 24 hours-service.

9. The warranty period of all factory products is one year if they are not artificially damaged.
