One machine can support both modified atmosphere packing(MAP for short) and vacuum skin pack(VSP for short)

2. Our standard packing mold is for 220*130mm or 200*140mm.
If client has other tray size/shape, mold will be customized accordingly.

Tray mold

It supports maxi 3 molds in one machine. It jacks trays up after packing, so that user can take trays easily.

If there's any short circuit or slight power leackage, it will jump and cut off power.

Brakeable caster

Machine can move easily with it. Press the brake, the machine will be fixed well.

How to set touch screen

* We leave different holes for gases on tray sealer. Please connect them with gas source directly. Inflow gas pressure shall be 0.2-0.3Mpa.

* User can adjust gases ratio on touch screen.

* The gas mixer will mix gases and store them in another cylinder inside machine.

* The machine will automatically fill gas once inside gas less than a certain level.

* The touch screen will alarm for insufficient gas source inflow.

* Time for vacuum/gas fill/seal can be adjusted also. If want to close some function, just set the time "0".

How to get quotation and process order

What information from client is neccessory for correct quotation ?

1. What is your tray size?

2. Which function do you need?

* Function 1. vacuum+O2/N2/CO2 mixing and filling+seal

* Function 2. Vacuum+nitrogen fill+seal

* Function 3. Seal directly without vacuum or nitronge filling.

Does client need send samples?

Yes. We need sample before and after get machine ready.

* Before production. Require tray sample and its drawing, so that to customize mold.

* After machine ready. If client can send at least 100pcs trays+film sample for each tray size, we will test and adjust machine, so that to make sure machine is under good condition and it parameter set ready set for your trays. This is important to handle before shipment.

Shipment term?

1. We ship under FOB or CIF by sea usually.

2. If client require DDP or DDU, please offer details address, we will offer accordinlgy.

Payment?

40% prepayment before production, balance before shipment.

* We will advice minimun film width after prepayment.

* After factory test the machine, we offer running video and picture for confirm. Then client arrange balance.

Lead time?

After prepayment, and getting tray sample/drawing, it need about 30-45days.

Do you test machine before shipment?

We will test machine and make sure machine under good condition before shipment.

After sale service?

If there's any problem, just offer videos, pictures of all touch screen pages, we will study and guide online. Usually problem can be solved this way.

If neccessory, our engineer is ready to fly oversea.
