JUR- 6903 High Initial Strength PUR Hotmelt

JUR- 6903 is a reactive hot melt adhesive , suitable for textile lamination. Mainly used in fabric and film lamination, and three sctrcutures as elastic fabric/lining/film lamination.

This product has been formulated to give very high initial strength and final bond strength.

Application Notes

1. Special for PUR adhesive and coating equipment to carry on construction are recommended. After construction, the equipment should be cleaned. And the rest hot melt is tightly sealed in order to  ensure the normal use for next time.

2. After coating, the valid using time of glue  has a close relationship with the temperature of glue and operating environment, the heat conductivity of material and the temperature of material itself.

3. The rate of curing depends on the coating thickness, environment temperature, humidity and permeability of materials

Storage Life

Six months in unopened pails and drums and under dry conditions at room temperature.

Cautions

This product is irritating to the eyes and skin, may cause skin and respiratory allergies.

Attention

Please wear gloves when using, because contacting with heated products may cause burns. The product contains isocyanate, please avoid contacting with skin and eyes. Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with steam. Do not swallow, it is harmful. If eye contact, rinse the eyes with water for 15 minutes, and notify the doctor. If you have skin contact, wash the skin with soap. If you have allergies or skin rash, consult doctor. If inhaled, move to fresh air.
