Meishuo concrete armour joint system is an arris protection, load transfer and leave-in-place floor joint system suitable for heavy duty industrial concrete floors, used to protect construction joints from damage. The armour joint is made of 2 upper plates made of steel (galvanized or stainless steel), to allow optimum protection of the lips of the joint. Welded dowels are used on both sides to anchor these plates in the concrete.
As the slab hardens, the concrete shrinks and the lips of the joint move apart to limit stresses in the concrete. The vertical forces are borne by intermittent flat studs, which are distributed along the length of the profile.On one side of the joint, the flat studs are directly embedded in the concrete; and on the other, they are inserted into a sleeve to allow horizontal sliding in both directions.

Width of Armour joint totally depends on Pavement Slab. If Width of a slab is 150mm then Width of Armour joint will be 130mm, if
