1.What is your MOQ?
Our MOQ usually is 1x20'GP. If your order less than one 20'GP, because of high operating fee, we need to charge extra $300 /order.
2. What is your delievery time?
The time of delivery is about 25 working days after receiving the deposit.
3. Do you supply OEM service?
We offer OEM services.
4. What is your payment terms?
L/C at sight and T/T ( 30% in advance,70% upon copy of B/L).
5. Where is your company?
Our factory is located in Shijing Town, Nan'an City and our sales office is in Xiamen City, Fujian, China. If you would like to visit us, you will get a warm welcome.
6. What is your main products?
Our main products cover most stone products while our featured products are Granite and Marble slabs, tiles, Countertops, Vanity tops, Stainless Steel Sinks & Ceramic Sinks for Kitchen and Bathroom.
7. How about the samples?
We supply samples free, and the freight fee cost by customer
1. We can provide free tile samples as you request. For big finish samples, we need to charge the basic sample cost and will reimburse finally if have coming order.
2. We will pick-up you from airport, if you’re coming to visit our company.
3. All inquiry and email will be responded within 24 hours.
4. We can also offer you one-stop service: product's CAD drawing, product knowledge consultancy, timely order update.
