2. Q: Can I put my own brand trademark/logo on the items?
A: Sure, as you wish;
3. Q: What’s your sample policy?
A:MOQ can be one (courier fee for the client's account) for existing items; as to brand new design/styles, sample fee will be refunded when the first order quantity reaches to MOQ;
4. Q: What’s your payment terms?
A: Our payment terms are T/T, Western Union, and paypal only for sample order;
5. Q: What’s your trade terms?
A: EX-WORK is the most frequently used terms, other terms are available as well, such as PDA, FOB,FCA,CIF etc.
6 Q: What’s your IPR policy?
A:We are always implement strict policy to protect our customers’ IPR such as design, logo, artwork, tooling, samples like
ourselves.
7. Q: How about the delivery?
A:This is a problem concerns quite a few customers, as to small packages, we recommend the fastest airway by DHL/UPS/FEDEX/TNT, for bulk order, seaway will be a cost effective choice when it is not urgent.

A:We understand quality is the key factor affects your margin, that is why we conduct 100% QC inspection involved in the whole process of every single item from raw material, workmanship, completed product, packaging, in order to reduce any unnecessary extra cost.
