Working principle :
Colloid mill is driven by the motor through the belt drive gear (or rotor) and the matching fixed teeth (or stator) for relative high-speed rotation, one high-speed rotation, the other stationary, the processed material through its own weight or external pressure (can be produced by the pump) pressure to produce downward spiral impact force, Through the gap between the fixed and rotating teeth (the gap is adjustable), it is subjected to strong shear force, friction force, high-frequency vibration, high-speed vortex and other physical effects, so that the material is effectively emulsified, dispersed, homogenized and crushed to achieve the effect of ultrafine crushing and emulsification of the material.
