-Sample and tooling charges need if special design needed, the exact charges depends on your final design and product.
-We will return sample charges to you once place an order, and return the tooling charges once the order quantity reach to certain quantity.
-It will take 2-3days for free samples.

A:We are a factory. We are professional manufacturer which have more than 10 years production experience on most kind of folding plastic turnover box/create.

2.Q:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A:Our factory is located in Tongxiang City, Zhejiang of China. You can take flight to Shanghai or Xiaoshan airport, and we can pick you up there.

3.Q:What is the material of your products?
A: Without specially noted, we only use our own eco-friendly formula for all our plastic products. But we could make the products according to your requirement.

4.Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: One of the most important parts of what we do and we are very proud to let you know that we perform Quality Control inspections on 100% of our products.Our inspection standards are strictly in accordance with the ISO9001 certification system.

5. Q:Do you have a range of stock items for sale ?
A: We only produce to exact orders. We have no standard stocked in warehouse.

6. Q: What is your minimum quantity ?
A: The normal MOQ 1000pcs in quantity or 5000kg in weight. Although on occasions we produced orders for less than 1000, however, unit costs are likely to be very high when considering tooling changing, raw material changing and coloring, printing and other set-up costs.

7. Q: How can I get a sample to check your quality?
A: After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. Free sample for you to check the design and quality, as long as you afford the express freight. For the new design products, it usually take about 30~40 days to get the first sample.

8. Q: Can you do the design for us?
A:Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in plastic design and manufacturing. Just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into prototype and final product.
