Raw materials are mixed with automatic dosing machines at appropriate dosages. In this step complete automation is aimed. Production begins by transferring mixtures to the molding operation. In this step it is mandatory to follow the systematic planning.Trial products are subjected to TS EN: 50085-2-1 conformity tests in our laboratory. Production begins by approving the trial products. As a result of production, the products are transferred to the warehouse with the packaging and labeling which is demanded by our customers.The conformity of the products in the warehouse are checked in accordance with the demands of our customer, then they are photographed and reported.Approved products are transfered to customer from the warehouse.
