Working Principle
Step 1
:
Smoke is inhaled by the suction hood through the negative pressure generated by the welding flue gas equipment and enters the equipment through the suction arm.
Step 2 : The flow rate is slowed down, so that the large particles of dust fall, and the air containing fine particles enters the purification chamber.
Step 3 : in the purification chamber, the dust is filtered and separated by the separation of the filter cylinder. At the same time, the flue gas is blocked on the surface by the filter element, and the purified air is discharged by the fan.
Step 4: When the soot is continuously deposited on the surface of the filter element, the pulse automatic cleaning system is opened regularly to automatically clean the equipment.
