(1) Do not let the heater burn hollow in the atmosphere. Otherwise, even if only part of the heater is exposed, the wires may break and a fire may occur due to abnormal heating
(2) Please avoid bringing the wire and insulator part of the heater into contact with water, etc. Failure to do so may result in leakage or short circuit
(3) The oil and grease used when machining holes on heated parts should be removed. Otherwise, carbonization will cause abnormal heating
(4) Abnormally short switching cycles can adversely affect the life of the heater. PID-controlled controllers are recommended
(5) The nickel rod at the root of the wire may break after bending many times
(6) When removing the heater from the heated object, be sure to cut off the power supply first. And do not touch the heater that just cut off the power supply
(7) The vicinity of the wire outlet should be controlled below 130 °C
(8) When using a heater with flange, the vicinity of the flange should be controlled below 180 °C
(9) Cannot be used in a vacuum
(10) The heater expands when heated, which may cause the heating part to expose the mounting hole. It is recommended to fix it with screws, etc
