Products Description
Overhead cranes sometimes also called bridge cranes and eot crane, which are cranes with a hoist or winch traveling along the bridge between parallel runways. Include two types: Double Girder Overhead Crane, Single Girder Overhead Crane. They are designed to meet the medium to heavy industrial lifting requirements, covering all parts of the manufacturing process. Compared with single girder overhead crane, the double girder overhead crane can support bigger lift capacity, and more suitable for heavy work duty.
* Capacity: 1-550ton
* Span length: 4-31.5m
* Lifting height:customized according to clients' site conditions
* Work duty: A3, A5, A6, A7, A8
* Raged voltage: 220V~690V, 50-60Hz, 3ph AC
* Protection class: IP54 IP55
* Crane control mode: Pendant control / Remote control / Cabin Control
Factors to consider when selecting your crane:
a. Lifting capacity.
b. Lifting height. (hook center to ground)
c. Power supply:
(_V_Hz 3Phase)
d. Span (rail center to rail center)
e. Crane Duty Class (ISO A3 to A8, or how many hours
the crane works per day? )
f. Working condition: which material to lift? temperature?
g. Would be better if you have drawings of your plant.

Below The Hook Lifting Devices
Industrial Crane Scale
Crane scales are used to measure the weight of a load as it is lifted, typically by a crane, hoist or winch. We Santo offer a wide selection of crane scales for sale with features and capacities to meet a large variety of your weighing needs like peak hold and battery power.

Grab Bucket
Grab is mainly applied to handle steel scrap, garbage, stone and other bulk cargo, such as coke, cast iron,
steel scrap, slag and other materials.
steel scrap, slag and other materials.
Hydraulic grab and mechanical grab are widely used in steel miles, grabage disposal plants, ports, and railway transfer station.
Suitable for operating with various kinds of lifting equipment such as gantry cranes, overhead cranes etc.
C-Hook
(Coil Hook, Coil Lifter)
Santo’s Heavy Duty C-Hooks are engineered to meet the steel coils,
wire or rope coils
handling
requirements of the customer’s below the hook operating environment.
Heavy-Duty C-Hooks are a simple and effective solution for your coil handling needs
when you need to stack coils (or slit coils) closely together, end-to-end, or when access to the coil I.D. is restricted to one side.
Lifting Beams (Spreader Beams)
Lifting Beams (sometimes referred to as Spreader Beams) are
reliable, safe and maximizes the efficiency of a customer’s operation.
Lifting Beams that are suitable for mill-duty service by incorporating keyed and welded connections, closed section members,
reinforced joints and high strength alloy steel in wear or damage prone areas.
reinforced joints and high strength alloy steel in wear or damage prone areas.
Our lifting beams can adapt themselves to every customer’s needs in terms of sizes, capacities, available accessories hoists, types, and safety standards.
Spreader beams, lifting beams and magnet beams are below-the-hook lifting devices that lift loads with single or multiple attachment points. They act as a crosspiece for spacing the hooks or chains that hold loads such as bundles, rolls, cylinders and machinery.
Lifting Tongs
Santo designs and manufactures a complete line of tongs for lifting and moving a wide range of industrial loads. We design each tong for the size, shape, weight and special conditions in
a variety of applications, whether for a generic or specific job.
There are many applications that use lifting tongs:
* Bale tong
* Billet tongs
* Die lifting tong
* Ingot tongs
* Mill roll tong
* Slab tong
* Tube tong

Our lifting tongs designs are engineered to safely grab and lift a wide variety of materials and objects from any of the existing crane configurations.
Magnet Lifting Beams
Magnet Lifting Beams can be custom-configured to accommodate your existing magnets for handling steel from single plates to rows of billets or bundles. Santo offers fixed beam or manually adjustable and motorized adjustable designs to suit any lifting
application. These rugged beams are designed to handle the heavy shock loads typical of magnet handling applications and can also be pre-wired to provide plug-and-play functionality.
