Please provide your serial number which is on the barcode sticker. lf your inverter is off line, please connect it to the
internet, then we can check it from a distance to see what the problem is.

Please provide the serial number and loop in the sales rep to provide more information about the broken inverter, for example, pictures or videos, or statistics from NEP viewer, our tech team will verify it.
Q:Occasionally, the inverter stops for about 5 minutes and gets restated again.ls this inverter defective?
A:No, the inverter isn't malfunctioning. The issue could be due to occasional power grid interruptions. According to the electric code, the inverter is designed to pause for approximately 5 minutes when a grid abnormality is detected, and then restart again.
Q:What should I do if the hot spot of the inverter shows 32cfffff instead of the serial number of this inverter?
A:Could you please provide us with the serial number of this inverter? You'll need to redact the serial number in our application. We'll send you the application as soon as possible.
