After in-house quality checking, our felted products are carefully packaged and stored in a cardboard box. Further, for delicate pieces, while packaging, we also use silica to protect from pest and damage with a warning sign. During the pandemic, we are taking an extra step to disinfect the storage and packing materials. We also offer label printing, tags printing, inserts printing on different packages such as box, drawstring bags and so on.

With Felt and Yarn, you get the assurance of reliable international shipping. We ship worldwide including but not limited to the USA, the UK, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, Japan, South Korea. Your goods will be delivered to you at your doorstep within 7-10 business days. Normally, we check the ordered items in our stock and if the items are readily available, we ship them within 2-3 business days. For custom orders and large orders, the shipment can take up to 10 days to process and leave our warehouse for shipment.

– For a sample, the lead time is 1-2 business days. For an order, the turnaround time depends on the order quantity that ranges from 7 to 20 business days.

1. Are workers of Felt and Yarn given fair wages and have good working conditions?
Felt and Yarn are the Fair Trade Felt Company of Nepal and all craft items are produced in our factory under safe and transparent working conditions by our felt artists. All artists are well-trained without any charge and undergo comprehensive handwork training. We are strictly against child labour and encourage fair working condition, for which we are constantly bestowed international certification for fair trade GoodWeave. sustainability concept.
2. Are products from Felt and Yarn customisable? If yes, how do I process it?
Yes! We do accept personalisation/ customisation of your order. For choosing different sizes and colours you can add your request in the message box while checking out. You can also add additional notes there, or can also reach us via email, WhatsApp and other social media platforms regarding your order.
3. Do we receive any order confirmation after placing orders?
After you have placed the order, you will receive an email with the confirmation of the order. Your order will then be verified by our sales team within 24 hours.
4. What is the turnaround time for order processing?
Once your order is received, it normally takes less than 24 hours to verify and send confirmation. If the ordered goods are already in stock then it will only take 2-3 working days until it is sent for shipment. If not then, the manufacturing process will take upto 2-3 weeks before the shipment.
Please note that custom orders will take a tad bit longer ranging around 3-4 weeks depending on the size, quantity and the intricacy of your order.
5. How do I clean or take care of felt products?

6. How durable are felt products? Do Felt and Yarn have any guarantee for any products?
Our products are made out of 100% wool ethically sourced from New Zealand. We carefully handpick only the best quality of wool. That makes all our products exceedingly durable. From the feedback of our customers, our products can last up to 6 years with proper care.

1. The color of our products may slightly differ from the actual one because of light, photography level factors and graphic display of our computer screen. Kindly select the colors from our color chart and let us know the color number.
2. The size of our product may vary with +/- 10% of the size as our products are purely handmade. Kindly excuse us for no zero error.
3. We accept L/C, T/T, Bank Transfer, Credit Card, and Paypal. The branches of our banks are located only in Nepal. Kindly do not transfer any sum elsewhere than in Nepal to prevent fraudulent monetary transactions. If you find anything suspicious, kindly let us know about the status. We would require 25-30% of the payment after you are satisfied with the sample so that we can process the requested production.
