Q: Are you a manufacturer?
A: Yes, we are an experienced manufacturer with our own molds and production lines since 2012, we handle from design, sampling, production to shipping.
Q: How to place an order?
A: Please choose an item in our shop, or send us the pictures/designs you would like, we will get you quotations based on the qty and spec. you request, if all is acceptable, we will start to prepare the order as soon as you make the payment.
Q: Do your products comply with European/US testing stardards?
A: Yes, the materials used are totally safe for European/US markets, and we could do the tests based on your order & requirements.
Q: How long to prepare an order?
A: For the goods in stock, they can be shipped out within 1~3 days after your order confirmation. if not available, please contact us for the lead time of production.
Q: How long shall I get the goods?
A: We cooperate with DHL/FEDEX/UPS and SF express, usually it will take 5~15 working days. But for urgent orders, we could use the service of 3-5 days.
Q: How to pay?
A: We accept payment by T/T, ESCROW , Western union, Paypal.
Q: Can I have our own designs?
A:Yes, OEM is welcome, and please kindly advise the conception of the items you would like, or better a picture/ drawings/artwork for our reference, we will make the prototypes based on your requirements.
