Our raw material take the way of vacuum high-speed mixing to achieve the effect of viscosity stability through disperse and symmetrical stirring of slurry materials .

Coating : The density of the coating can be controlled within 3mg . the thickness of the roller can be controlled within 3mu.

Capacity Separating :

Battery cells sorting :
Using Imported control IC intelligent sorting machine , filter the voltage , Automatic sorting ,ensure Cell's consistency , discharge more uniform , to maintain a stronger endurance and life .

Spraying the Code :

Battery Precaution and Safety Instructions :
1 . Do not throw battery into water ,keep it away from water, salt, acidic , etc.
2 . Do not throw the battery into fire or heat the battery;
3 . Do not reverse the polarity of the battery pack for any reason.
4 . Forbid to connect the positive and negative terminal directly.
5 . Shocks, high temperature, or contacts of sharp edge components should not be allowed in battery pack assembling process .
6 . Do not directly solder the battery and pierce the battery with a nail or other sharp objects
7 . Remove the battery from the device and separated, avoid metal contact with the battery, causing short-circuit or damage to the phenomenon.
8 . Do not transport or store the battery together with metal objects such as hairpins, necklaces, etc.
9.  If long-term not in use , use battery charger to charge half full state ,
10 . Should be stored in clean, dry and ventilating place .
11 . Battery end of life should be immediately removed from the equipment, Please properly handle security of spent batteries ,
12 . Please use 0.5C current to charge up 60% capacity after the battery placed 3 months , storage in cool conditions without direct sun light on the packs or box
13 . In use or during storage , if found the battery has been high fever, leakage, odor, distortion and other anomalies, please immediately stop using and stay away from the battery .
