4. Any warranty of your products?
Yes, we provide a year and a half warranty, from the dated of shipment from the factory, providing not damaged by the user.
5. What is the defect rate of your products?
As per the statistics from our quality dept, one year defect rate of most of our products is around or less than 0.3%. Got perfect market feedback.
6. What brand products you are supplying?

7. Could you accept customized requirements of the products?

Yes, we can do OEM brand from our customers.

Normally, if the first order quantity for one model OTDR is over 10 pcs, or OPM is over 200 pcs, we can accept OEM Order from our
customers.

Yes, we have the international certificates for most models of our products, such as CE certificate for Europe market, RoHs for
Europe,CCC for China domestic market, FCC for USA, and some other certificates for Asia and other areas.
11. How long time you can delivery the goods?
If we has stock, we can delivery several days after the payment.
If no stock, need around 7 days to arrange production and delivery.
