Product Overview
The structure of KGP280/560/50 grouting station, When working, water and cement are added to the mixing cylinder successively in proportion, and the materials in the barrel flow and mix uniformly at high speed under the function of the mixing pump, and the prepared slurry flows into the agitator barrel through the valve.
The agitator barrel is equipped with agitating blades to avoid slurry precipitation.
The discharge port of the agitator barrel is adjusted by a butterfly valve.
The slurry enters the hopper of the screw pump through the discharge port and is pumped to the grouting position.
grouting station are mainly used to prepare and grout cement slurry medium.
It is used for tunnel excavation and maintenance, mine engineering, foundation treatment engineering of dams, large bridges and high-rise buildings, and various underground engineering grouting with pressure.

1. Q:How to pay for this order?
A:Generally, TT, 30% deposit 70% before shipment； L/C at sight (high bank charge, not suggest, but acceptable);100% TT in advance (especially for small amount and spare parts etc.)
2. Q:How to place an order?
A:Both online order and offline order are acceptable.It is suggested to place online order with a Trade Assurance (Alibaba) to get full protection for this order.
3. Q:How about the package?
A:We have fumigation-free wooden case to protect the machine from damage during the long-distance delivery.
4. Q:What is the lead time?
A:1 week for sample model, 2~3 weeks for customized model. It depends for mass production.

6. Q:Do i need technical skills to operate this machine?
