Scope of application:
This is suitable for the automobile windshield caking seal, as well as each kind of building and decoration caking seal and other many industry use.
Using Method:
1. Eliminates the rubber spot surface with the cotton yarn the dust, the greasy dirt and water.

Warning:
1. Use up once opened .Otherwise must seal the preservation strictly.
2. Avoids the skin or the eye contact, if contacts carelessly, uses the massive clear water to flush and to go see a doctor immediately.
3. When is been heavy by the cementation work piece or needs to move, in the solidification time needs the auxiliary means localization.
4. The working conditions maintain enough ventilate.
Storage and packing:
1. In dry warehouse under 25℃,validity period is 9 months.
2. Transport as non-flammable goods.

This product are widely used for bonding of glass, rubber, wood, pottery, metal and surface of fiber, this product not suitable to use under water, and nor suitable for bonding of dope, please finish brushing before construction.
1.Make sure surfaces are clean and dry. Remove any soap,oil or grease.
2.Cut tip off cartridge, screw on nozzle, cut nozzle to desired opening at 45℃ angle.
3.For a smooth seal, hold at 45℃ angle and apply by pushing sealant ahead of nozzle.
4.If further caulking is required, complete within 5 minutes. Remove excess sealant immediately with dry paper towel.
5.Normally stick to skins in 5 minutes,dries to touch in one hour. Optimun stength is achieved in 7 days.
6.After sealant is completely cured, excess material can be removed by trimming with a charp blade, avoid undercutting the seal.
7.Resealable: If entire contents are not used, extrude 3/8" of sealant beyond nozzle opening. When ready to reuse, pull out cured plug.
1.Acid Silicone Sealant will release a few acetic acid in the solidification process, the working conditions should maintain ventilate.
2.Do not put within kid’s reach, non-toxic after solidifies completely, avoid eye contact before solidification, if touches the eye carelessly, use massive water to wash, if serious go to see a doctor.
3.When operation, must hold the glue steadily, cannot separate, guards against mixes in the air and form bubble , affects the seal effect.
4.After operation, take off the cap mouth immediately, close the packing cover tightly to prevent the moisture enter and cause solidification. Wipe off the glue left at glue mouth.
5.Acid Silicone Sealant should be operated at temperature 5-40℃,relative humidity 40-80%.
Acid Silicone Sealant is non-flammable, seal store in 10-27℃ cool dry place, term of validity for top grade, medium grade, is 12 months, 9 months respectively.
