Product Description
The A48Y-1500LB high-temperature and high-pressure wrench spring fully open American standard safety valve is a safety device designed to prevent pressure equipment and containers from exploding due to pressure rise or internal pressure exceeding the limit.
The A48Y-1500LB high-pressure safety valve is a widely used safety device for pressure vessels, boilers, pressure pipelines, and other pressure systems, ensuring the safe operation of the pressure system. It is suitable for equipment and pipelines with working temperatures ≤ 500 ℃ for steam, oil, air, and other media, and is an ideal ultra-high pressure protection device.
Main features
1.The fully open safety valve with a wrench spring has the characteristics of simple structure, good sealing performance, accurate opening pressure, large discharge capacity, small reseating pressure difference, and convenient adjustment.
2.Nozzle type valve seat: The valve seat is a Laval nozzle type valve seat. When steam flows through the outlet of the valve seat, it reaches the speed of sound and has a high emission coefficient. The sealing surface of the valve seat is welded with cobalt chromium tungsten hard metal, which is resistant to erosion and has a long service life.
3.Thermoelastic valve disc: The valve disc is designed as a thermoelastic structure, which utilizes its small deformation under medium pressure to improve sealing ability and overcome the forward leakage phenomenon of the safety valve when approaching the set pressure under medium pressure. The sealing surface of the valve disc adopts laser quenching technology, which improves hardness, rigidity, and impact resistance.
4.Adjusting the nut: By adjusting the nut and adjusting the spring compression, the valve can easily and quickly obtain accurate set pressure and reduce the back pressure of the valve. When lowering, increase the back pressure of the valve.
5.A48Y/A48H high-temperature and high-pressure safety valve is suitable for working temperature "C" type ≤ 405 ℃; Type I ≤ 490 ℃; Used as an overpressure protection device on steam and other medium equipment or pipelines with a "Y" type ≤ 520 ℃.
