Q:Can we place a sample order first? Free sample?
A:Sample order is always welcome. Several samples can be provided if we have stock. More samples maybe needs sample charges. And
you need to pay the Express charges.
Q: Do you have to pay the moulding charges?
A:Normally, you would to pay moulding charge if new moulding needs to be opened. Anyway,to pay by your side or by our company side
depends on your order qty and our agreement between our two parties.
Q:Can I order small quanttity?
A:Trial order with small quantity are accepted. Normally, our MOQ is 1000-3000.
Q: Can I customize the remote controls by OEM&ODM?
A:Yes, OEM&ODM are also accepted. You can customize logo, color, pattern, printing, packaging design and style etc.
Q:How do you control the quality?
A:We have QC team comply with TQM,each step is in compliance to the standards.At the same time,they
will take photos and shoot video for you.
