Working principle of C41 series air hammer: The air hammer is driven by an electric motor. It has two cylinders, a compression cylinder and a working cylinder. When the reduction mechanism and crank connecting rod convert the rotational motion of the electric motor into the up and down motion of the piston of the compression cylinder, an air hammer is generated in the compression cylinder. When the upper and lower air passages of the compression cylinder are connected to the atmosphere, the compressed air will not enter the working cylinder and the hammer head will not work. Use the handle or step rod to control the upper and lower rotary valves to allow the compressed air to enter the upper or lower part of the working cylinder. The lower part pushes the working piston to move up and down, thereby driving the connected hammer head and upper anvil block to rise or fall, thereby achieving the striking action.
