A:According to our sample policy, samples are free of charge for our common existing ones within a certain amount but customers
needto bear the express charge. If customers have an international express collect account no. for Fedex, UPS, DHL and so on.
This will be more convenient for us. If customers are satisfied with the finished samples and will place the first order, we will startto refund the sample charge. For actual refundable procedure, this will be finalized according to actual sampling charge, thefirst order amount and actual communications.
