Q:HOW CAN I ORDER CUSTOMIZED WHEELS?
A:You can send us the design you like, describe the car you are using, tell us the size and color you like, then our staff will calculate the cost for you.
Q:HOW LONG CAN I GET MY WHEELS?
A:Once the order confirmed, we will make 3D renders according to your requirement, which shows the design, color and specification of wheel, Once you confirm the 3D renders, the production will start, it takes around 25~40 days to finish the production, our staff will estimate the lead time for you.
Q:WHY THE FORGED WHEELS ARE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN I THOUGHT?
A:There are two type of wheels, one is cast and another is forged, cast wheels are made from A356.2 while the forged wheels are made from T6061-T6. Compared with cast wheels of same size, the forged wheels is ligher and tighter, which makes forged wheels safer for individual buyer. That is why forged wheels are more expensive than cast wheels.
Q:HOW MUCH OF THE TRANSPORTATION?
A:It depends on the shipment company, we usually ship wheels by air express. After wheels are ready to ship, our staff will ask the shipping charges from express company. The shipping charges is always changing while it takes around 20~45 days for us to produce wheels, so our staff cannot promise the shipping charges before customer place the order.
