Gelatin Food Grade

Edible gelatin is a collagen protein extracted from the skin and bone of fresh animals through more than ten processes such as sorting, degreasing, rinsing, neutralization and hydrolysis, etc. It is white or light yellow granules or powder, odorless and tasteless, containing 18 essential amino acids, and is used in food industry as suspending agent, thickening agent and stabilizer, and in beer as clarifying agent, and is a widely used nutritional additive in food industry.
