2 ton 5 ton 10 ton 15 ton Warehouse Overhead Crane for Lifting Concrete Beams
Overhead crane consists of one girder beam supported on each side by an end truck. The wire rope electric hoist is underhung--meaning they run on the bottom flange of the single girder. And this kind of overhead crane is suitable for the workshop where there are column beams and runway beams.
These overhead crane are for our Brazil client. And they deal with prefabricated concrete products by these overhead crane. Now we are the regular supplier of overhead crane for their company. They do not only buy overhead crane from us, but introduce us to their friends and their clients.
FEATURES AT A GLANCE
Tavol brand overhead crane adopts Shanghai Huyuan brand brake motor which is not only with good appearance, but also coming with gear oil before leaving factory. Clients do not need to replace the gear oil within three years.
The output shaft of the motor is carburized and quenched, with strong bearing capacity. The connecting plate is made of high-rigidity cast iron, which is stronger and safer.
By optimizing the gear parameters, the speed of the granule is reduced. At the same time, the electromagnetic braking technology imported from Germany is used to make the performance more stable, and at the same time greatly reduce the mechanical noise, so that the operation is really in a lower working noise.

Project Story
We received this 15 tons single girder bridge crane inquiry on Aug 1st , 2019.
At the beginning, we made a normal design with MD model electric hoist. But client replied that they would have no space for the crane to work if they wanted to get the lifting height 8 meters. After studied the measurements of customer’s workshop, we changed the electric hoist to the low headroom type to reach the lifting height in a certain space. And also we made a design cutting the edges of main girder in 45 degrees in case to crash the top steel structure of the workshop.
In October, 2019, we attended the 126th Canton Fair and our customer visited our booth at that time. We talked about some details about their order at our booth. When we asked why did they choose us as their supplier, they said “Every time when I say hello to Lillian, she is always there and smiling. And this makes me no worries about my order”.
Feb 12, 2020, our client finished the installation and commissioning of two sets of overhead crane 15 tons. Now the overhead crane 15 ton are working well in the workshop. We hope our overhead crane will improve their production efficiency and create great value for client's investment in the soonest future.
