Packing&Shipping
1. Knock down packing usually, pack the whole product with PE foam.
2. Put the product into a hard 5 layers carton, high quality hard 5 layer-carton
3. Use the professional corner protection and hard board at the bottom.
4. Carton box print with the customers Logo and description.
5. Natural marble and glass parts are packed by wooden frame to to avoid fragile.

1.For samples / accessories should be by air.

Q1. How about the LCL order and FCL order?
A1. LCL means that the amount quantity of the order can't reach a full 20ft container. The order term is EX-works (EXW), seller just provide the products as the order, but no responsible for any other process of the trading.

A2. We located in Furniture town: Foshan city. It is very convenient to visit us, and all clients from all over the world are highly welcome to us.

We have a QC team and completed set of testing equipments in our lab to control it, we arrange specially responsible person from material inspection before it enter into our stock, to inspection on line. Then recheck randomly again before load container, also will follow the whole loading process when load container, after shipment, we also will continue to follow the after-sale-service, each program have special responsible person to follow up
