Q1: Are you a manufacturer or trading?

A1: We are a union of factory & trading office, OEM is acceptable.

Q2: Do you require MOQ?

A2: Sample order is welcomed, MOQ is required for OEM order, this is negotiable.

Q3: How can you ensure quality?

A3: We have our own QC team and certificates, all orders will get 24-72 hours aging test before being packed and delivery.

Q4: How much is the freight cost of samples?

A4: It depends on product weight, packing size and your delivery address. Please talk to us for more details.

Q5: What's the shipping method?

Q7: Why the product warranty is 2 years? Do I need to replace the lamp after 2 years?

A7: The industrial standard warranty is 2 years, but it does not mean you can only use them for 2 years, we will provide free service within this 2 years, after that we still provide customer services based on your further demand.

Q8: What about delivery time?

A8: Regularly it takes about 28-35 days for bulk order, but surely it depends on specific model, order QTY and specific time you place the order, so we suggest you confirm it with us before your order.

Q9: What's main difference between monocrystalline and polycrystalline solar panel?

A9: They are both mature technology, the mono conversion efficiency of is a bit faster than poly, mono 19% poly 18%, which means that during same sun charging, mono panel will get a bit more power than poly. But it’s just a bit more, not much difference, so we recommend poly which is cheaper, just for specific requirement we can use mono.
