Product introduction
SLZ -380/680 is mainly used for assembling all kind of mobile phone boxes ,eye shadow box ,ring box and some high-end gift boxes .
Features:
1. The machine is easy and simple to operate ,stable performance,short time to exchange different product,easy to learn and understand.
2. Special designed gluing formula can sprayed with arbitrary graphics,the system has memory storage function,it’s needn’t to re-set gluing formula when you make the same products.
3. Fast assembling speed,high accuracy of positioning,the tolerance is ±0.3mm,the average speed can reach 600-20000PCS/Hour,it’s popular both in China and abroad.
4. In order to keep the products from transposition and cracking under the high temperature ,it can be equip with a extra cold gluing system,to ensure the quality and quantity of products ( hot gluing for positioning and cold gluing for reinforcing).
5. For assembling symmetrical eye shadow box or other box,it can be add a extra spraying gun with double gun heads for positioning and gluing at same time ,which can improve work efficiency.
