Description:

Higher overall performance—has better air inlet and exhaust larger air inlet volume, better inlet tumbling effect,inlet efficiency and engine performance,and the optimized valve timing, adaptive to low-speed torque performance.
Higher reliability—has a brand new design of the integrated inclined cylinder head, and is adopted with micro-arc oxidation at the top, the piston with molybdenum disulfide printed on skirt, DLC piston ring and a roller rocker arm, which makes the engine more durable in use.
Optimized cooling system—The fluid software is used for CFD analysis, and the internal channel volume of the cylinder head has been increased according to the actual test, which improves water cycling and reduces the temperature of the engine.
Vibration adjustment—In addition to the dynamic balancing adjustment of the crankshaft, it s provided with a balance shaft mechanism to counterbalance the first order inertial force produced by the reciprocating motion of the engine crankshaft and reduce the engine vibration to minimum.
