The cable wires raw materials can be put into the all-in-one machine directly, after crushing, it will use the Air separation system to make the copper and plastic suspended on the screen. Then it can separate the Copper from the plastic by weighting method and the friction force which produced by the Surface of the mesh.
2. For larger capacity:
The cable wires raw materials will be firstly put into the shredder, then go into crusher to get the small pieces wires, then our pulse air separator machine will make the copper and plastic suspended on the screen to separate the Copper from the plastic by weighting method and the friction force which produced by the Surface of the mesh. To improve the purity and capacity, the rest materials will be go into our high voltage electrostatic separator. This model system includes the first crusher, pulse air separator, dust and fiber collection system and high voltage electrostatic separator.
Cable Recycling Plant Features:
1. Compact structure and reasonable layout, safe and reliable, easy to install.
2. Controlled by PLC. Continuous feed, intelligent operation, automatic alarm make it easy to operate and save your time and energy, to ensure the stable operation of the equipment.
3. The shredding machine adopts the high hardness main shaft, make it has more impact power when crushing materials. It is composed of micro cutting head and cylindrical tool rod, greatly reduces the wearing (blades).
4. The crusher, air separator and the pulse dust collector installed together, so the structure of the machine is easy to move and transport.
5. The second crusher adopts alternate blades leading to high productivity, low noise and stable running.
6. This production line use the air separator and the high voltage electrostatic separator together, to improve the recovery rate up to 99%.
7. Back feeding system will crush the unfinished material again, which guarantee the totally separation of copper and plastic.
8. No dust outlet, the dust separation rate can reach up to 99%.
9. The blade and screen adopts special wear resistance and high toughness alloy material, which improve the service life and reduce the production cost.

Cable Recycling Plant Working Process:
1. The first cable wire shredder of the recycling plant shreds the wires/cables into 10-20mm length.
2. By conveyor, crushed wires/cables are conveyed to the wire cable wire granulator, which crush them again into 3-8mm length plastic pieces and copper granules.
3. The mixture is sent to the vibration system. By airflow gravity sorter and vibration screen, plastic pieces are separated from copper granules thoroughly.
4. Copper granules and plastic pieces come out of the granulator from different outlet. Dust is collected by pulse dust catcher through air duct.
