Phosphor bronze
is an alloy of copper, tin, and phosphorus. It is hard and can be used to make springs. It is a Cu alloy that uses P to remove oxygen from pure copper and bronze (Cu-Sn) to leave a small amount of P. It also adds 1% P to improve mechanical properties (toughness, elasticity, wear resistance, corrosion resistance). Mainly used as wear-resistant parts and elastic components. Computer connectors, mobile phone connectors, high-tech industry connectors, electronic and electrical springs, switches, electronic product slots, buttons, electrical connectors, lead frames, vibrators and terminals, etc.
