A: We are factory and trading company. We produce mattress, boneell spring, continuous spring, spring unit, continuous spring unit, quilting fabric. We buy some mattress accessories from our partner factory.
Q2: Where is your company? It's near Shenzhen or Guangzhou?
A: Dingsheng is located in east area of Longling Industrial Park, Nankang District, Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province. Nankang is the largest furniture production base in China.
Dingsheng is near Shenzhen and Guanzhou. It's about 1h25m from Guanzhou Baiyun Airport and and 1h15m from Shenzhen Baoan Airport to Ganzhou Huangjin Airport. Then it's about 30m from Ganzhou Huangjin Airport to our company.
Q3: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 10-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to
quantity.
Q4: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, it's free charge if the goods are in stock. Or we'll charge USD30.00 if the goods are not in stock. ( Buyer pay the cost
of freight )
Q5: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.
