Working Principle
The CI impact crusher is driven by an electric motor to transfer kinetic energy. The rotation of the motor drives the rotor, and the feeding device feeds the material into the upper part of the machine, falling into the high-speed rotating turntable. The continuous rotation causes the intermediate material to collide with another part of the material that is divided in an umbrella shape around the turntable under the action of centrifugal force, resulting in high-strength crushing. After these two parts of the material collide with each other, eddy currents will form between the turntable and the casing, In this case, the material is subjected to multiple friction and crushing actions, breaking and continuously circulating to meet production requirements.
