A: 3-5 years warranty is available.
Q4: How do you ensure the quality?
A: We get three QC processes:
1.For raw materials (IQC)
2.During the half of production (PQC)
3.Final QC test one by one after aging 12 hours. (FQC)
Q5: How to do if any quality problems on our side in the warranty time?
A: First, take pictures or videos as proof and send to us.We will replace new ones for free.
Q6: What is the lead time for sample and mass order?
A:The approximate shipping time for samples is 3-7 days ,and 3-5 weeks for mass order.
Q7: OEM OR ODM accepted?
A:Yes,we can do OEM & ODM,logo on the light or package both are available.
Q8: Is there any cheap shipping cost to import to our country?
