Products Description
This machine is mainly applicable to the appearance of square boxed items in medicine, food, health products, cosmetics, audio-visual products, and other industries. Such as medicine box, chewing gum, health care products, tea, sugar, condoms, rubber, mosquito coils, cigarettes, magnetic tapes, VCD (CD) discs, playing cards, transparent soap, square batteries, floppy disks, etc. to play a role in anti-counterfeiting, moisture, and to improve the product grade, increasing the added value of the product. This machine can be linked with cartoning machine for production.

3. Convenient mold replacement, the knife frame adopts double-screw table lifting and lowering more smoothly, to overcome the shortcomings of the old packaging machine single-sided adjustment

In order to provide you with better quality equipment, all of parts are receives external processing with higher specifications and better quality, such as heat treatment, oxidization, sand blasting, etc.. This part is totally for free but it will take a litter bit time and the delivery circle could be longer. If you don't need it, we can also provide you with our own parts processing program. The delivery time of customized equipment might be different according to the demand, most of them are 30-180 days, please contact customer service for details.
Packaging
The machines are wrapped by tarpaulin paper and wrapping film, and put into wooden frame boxes. All parts and sheets are fixed by wrapping film in case of loss. The wooden frame boxes are made from stander plywood to avoid damp and damage during transportation. The material is thick enough to avoid damage of forklift.
