Sanle wood grain fiber cement siding board is a new type of green environmental protection fiber cement board, with pleasing wood structure and customized color, making your house classical. It is with excellent performance, such as fireproof, moisture proof, insect-resistant ant, easy working, thermal insulation,low deformation coefficient and durable. It is widely used for wall cladding in villas and various art buildings.
1. Check the wall which is going to be installed is even or not and get rid of clutter.
2. Find out the wall base plane and then make marks on the wall by snapping the lines to make preparation for installing the keel .
3. Put and fix the keel.
4. Install the Insulation and anti-crack screed-coat.
4. Fix the starter strip builds out siding to the proper angle.
5. Fix the firs t board from the bottom by using shooting screw or 3.5cm length self -tapping screw. 5. Use the same way to install t he second board and the rest boards(the lapping area for up and down boards is 2.5cm).
6. Keep 3-5mm seam for the board horizontal joint. After finishing fixing according to the requirement, the worker can use the urethane rubber (PU25) or ceramic adhesive to do the j oint treatment.
7. When installing the board beside the doors and windows, people should cu t the corresponding shape board with the doors or windows and use the ceramic adhesive to seal the joint to avoid the straight joint.
8. The joint between the adjacent two boards (inner angle and exterior angle) should be binging off. The most common ways are joint of 45 degree angle of chamfer and using the corner to close up.When closing the inner angle, please put the adjacent two boards as 90 degree perpendicularity and seal the joint with adhesive.
9.After installation,people should use the clean brush or towel to clean the power or greasy dirt and then paint the board.Acrylic acid is the best painting material.
