Q: 1. How soon can I get a price quote?

Q: 2. Can I get a sample?
A: Yes, in-stock samples without any decoration can be provided free of charge. As for the sample shipping charges, if you are new customer for our company, only provide Fedex, DHL, TNT or UPS account number for freight collect. If you are our old customer, we can pay the shipping cost. Besides, if you want special decoration or printing on the package bottle, we can make samples for you in around 7 days with reasonable sample charges.
Q: 3. Can I have a custom designed and mock up sample?
A: Yes. we can create custom designed moulds. But there's quantity requirement for making new moulds. And custom designed and mock up samples can be provided quickly after we defined everything.
Q: 4. Is there a minimum order requirement?
A: Normally, our minimum order quantity would be 5,000 -10,000 pcs for different products. But for some products, we can accept a little lower quantity. So, please feel free to contact with us to confirm.
Q: 5. How long will it take for production?
A: Normally, it will take around 25-30 days for production, but if you need the goods urgently, we can try our best to shorten the lead time.
