Accelerated sediment PP materials tube settlers media for settling tanks

Tube settlers, also called lamella clarifiers , they was regard as universal water treatment equipment in water supply and drainage engineering, mainly used to remove solids in the water treatment.

Tube settlers are single plastic profiles combined to tubes. This design multiplies the sedimentation area up to 15 times per square meter surface area and helps to improve sedimentation in water and waste water treatment plants. Different executions support a better process and cost reduction of the plant.

The material adopted includes polypropylene (PP), ethylene-propylene copolymer, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and FRP. They have the characteristics of light weight, big flow, low pressure drop, large specific surface area, easy change, small area etc.

3. Processing capacity of inclined tube settling tank is horizontal flow settling tank 3-5 times, accelerating water clarification and pulse water clarification of 2-3 times.

4. When length of inclined tube is 1meter, effective load designed by 3-5 tons/m ² , VO in 2.5-3 mm/sec range and best water quality.

5. If its length is 2-3 meters, it can work effectively in high turbidity tank of 50-100 Kgs/m ³ sediment concentration.
