1, the principle of cleaning
The ultrasonic cleaning machine is a high-frequency oscillation signal generated by an ultrasonic signal generator (power supply) converted into a high-frequency mechanical oscillation through a transducer (vibrator) and propagated into the liquid, and the ultrasonic waves are radiated and generated in the liquid in a dense and interleaved manner. Thousands of tiny bubbles that form and grow in the negative pressure zone during propagation, and close rapidly in the positive pressure zone, in what is called the “cavitation effect”.
Closed bubbles can form instantaneous high pressure of thousands of atmospheric pressure. Continuously generated high pressure is like countless small “explosions” that constantly hit the surface of objects, causing the dirt on the surfaces and gaps of objects to peel off quickly, thereby achieving the purpose of cleaning.

V. Precautions

3. It is prohibited to use corrosive and flammable solutions as cleaning fluids to avoid corrosion of containers and danger.
