Q1 : What’s the minimum quantity of an order?

A : MOQ 100 dozens (=1200pcs) per style/color for regular products, MOQ 300 dozens for printed socks because print paper material need more MOQ.

For export, only one order we will suggest you to purchase more styles or items to share export cost.

Q2 : May I have a catalogue of products?

A : Please send us a email asking for E-Catalogue, you can find products item No# in our E-CATA ,please advise us your contact name , phone number , full company name for us to serve you promptly.

Q3 : May I have a sample making?

A : Yes, please provide us proto sample, if without proto sample we also accept clear images/photos but must have high DPI. And please make sure your proto sample without patent and trademark infringement, we shall not responsible for any legal entanglements.

Q4 :  If you provide samples? Do you charge samples and shipping cost?

A : Yes, we can provide samples, but buyer need to pay samples and shipping cost, those samples cost can be deducted from amount of the official order in the future. (Total shipment quantity must have 600 dozens in one order and one time shipment) ***Small order/ trial sample order can’t be deducted.

Q5 : What information is required when price inquiry?

A : Please inform us: size , fibre content , material , quantity per style/per color , color , way of packing.  If have specified special color, please advise us PANTONE

Color No# or Lab dip, if there have any interesting items, please provide products style No#.

Q6 : Trade term?

A : FOB (incoterms 2000) is usually our trade term, If request other trade terms please let us know by email.  If the period of validity of the quotation has expired, please re-inquiry us. (***If without any valid date on the quotation, when quotation date over 3 months it still need re-quote price.) Because raw materials price fluctuation.

Q7 :  If accept plus size order?

A : Yes, we also accept plus size order, but please let us know its item No# by email first, because each item have different production method.

If this style accept plus size or not, we will reply you ASAP.

Q8 : If accept packaging print with buyer logo/brand?

A : Yes, we need to estimate print cost by packaging size , paper texture , Types of print (three colors , four colors print-CMYK , Specified special color , logo gold foil ) , methods of processing..etc. So that we can give you a correct quotation quickly. Please provide us packaging artwork (or packaging sample if have)

And please make sure all artworks/images/designs for printing without patent and trademark infringement, we shall not responsible for any legal entanglements.

Q9 : How long does it will take you to make delivery?

A : 40-60 days after receipt of your order and buyer has confirmed all pre-production samples.

Q10 : Terms of Payment?

A :  Pay by T/T (Telegraphic transfer/ wire transfer), Irrevocable L/C at sight / PayPal

Q11 : Ways of delivery?

A : Most cargo ship by sea, small order accept ship by air or Couriers ( DHL, UPS, FedEX…) please inform us.

Q12 : May I have small quantity wholesale with variety of styles?
