High precision digital inclinometer tilt angle sensor
The inclinometer sensor HSC is chip level high stability electronic compass. Inclinometer sensor provide reliable three-dimensional attitude angle data for pitch, roll and azimuth. The digital inclinometer sensor can produce this data when underwater, on the ground, or in the air. To do this, inclinometer sensor adopts a magnetic interference compensation and calibration scoring algorithm, with an azimuth accuracy of 0.1°(RMS) and a working current of 6mA. According to the actual application, the user can select the spatial calibration method or plane calibration method for on-site calibration to ensure the best performance.
By using geomagnetic field directivity to measure space attitude angle, the inclinometer sensor can measure three-dimensional attitude information: azimuth, pitch, and roll angle. The self-developed magnetic interference calibration algorithm can obtain the best measurement via dual axis or 3D calibration. The inclinometer can be widely used in a variety of scenarios in which the user needs to obtain the attitude angle of platform (or carrier), such as with autonomous underwater operations, land-based orientation, flight attitude measurement, and so on.
The digital inclinometer sensor provides several advantages, including its small overall size, low power consumption, high precision, and wide tilt range. The working current of 7mA is also suitable for situations with precise requirements for angle accuracy, as well as cases where power consumption and volume are limited. It is highly suitable for today's miniaturized military high precision attitude measurement integrated control system.
The HSC high accuracy inclinometer sensor is suitable for applications that require high attitude measuring precision or in which there is minimal installation space. The most common application involves a hand held infrared imager, laser rangefinder, intelligent directional instrument, underwater vehicle, aerial vehicle, etc.

Real North Correction Function:
According to the geomagnetic model and the local Beidou (or GPS) information (longitude and dimension), the local magnetic declination is automatically calculated and the magnetic north direction is transformed into the real north direction.
