Function and Characteristics
1.The machine is designed for allocating, feeding and packing round, square, heart-shaped, fish-shaped and other flaky chocolates and candies automatically.
2. Accurate high-speed CAM mechanism and rational machinery design increase the precision, stability and productivity of the machine.
3. Equipped with Panasonic Servo System, PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), multi-station sensor control system, the machine can correct paper lengths, stop paper delivery with no sugar,position colorful trademarks and thus improve yields.
4. The machine is installed with the hydraulic stamping molding system so that operator can easily adjust the pressure to make the patterns more clearly and stereoscopically.
5. The Panasonic touch screen, display both in Chinese and English, achieves human computer interaction and provides easy way to operate such as setting the parameters.
6. Vibration feeding plates, which can allocate and feed chocolates automatically, is an optional configurator.
