Usage restrictions:

Brick, cement, aquarium, zinc, copper, aluminum, and structural glass assembly; Completely submerged in an environment of water; Paint assembly is required on the sealant; Structural assembly that requires the use of building grade sealant.

Explanation:

a. Use a clean and dry surface (solvent can be used). Remove any impurities or sealant residue. Clean with solvent. When using flammable solvents, please pay attention to the usage period;

b. Cover adjacent surfaces with masking tape for future organization and cleaning;

c. Cut the nozzle into the required size and connect it to the hose. The sealant should make good contact with both sides of the interface to ensure that the sealant can fully fill the interface;

d. Peel off the tape before the sealant solidifies;

e. The surface of the sealant will solidify within 5 minutes, the bone will not stick to the hand in 1 hour, and the curing thickness can reach 7mm within 7 days, achieving the required adhesive strength;

f. Uncured sealant can be removed with a cloth and solvent (such as turpentine). Excess curing adhesive can be removed with a scraper.

Notes:

Direct contact with uncured sealant will irritate the skin and eyes;

Overexposure to the gas environment emitted during solidification can irritate the eyes, nose, and throat;

Avoid contact with skin and eyes;

Avoid excessive inhalation of gases during the solidification process, and use them with good ventilation. Suitable gloves must be used;

Emergency response:

Once in contact with the eyes or skin, immediately rinse with water for 15 minutes;

If adverse reactions worsen, please seek medical attention immediately. During the curing period, the sealant should use acetic acid (with the same odor as vinegar);

Completely cured sealant is not dangerous.
