1. Portable Gold Washing Plant Machine Details

Trommel Scrubber is also named as gold wash plant. It consists of the hopper, the rotary scrubber, the trommel screens. And it can be mobile style and stationary style.

When the material is fed from the feeder to the washing part, during the force of watering and striking, the clay and ore will be separated, the fine particle will be flowed to the sieving part.

5. The Gold Wash Plant Machines

(1) gold wash plant

The clay gold mining should be washed and screen firstly by the washing plant.

(2) gold concentrator

The outsize will be discharged from the trommel screen.

The fine size will go into the gold concentrator for purify the gold concentrate.

(3) gold shaking table

The gold concentrate from gold concentrator will be separated again on the shaking tables for get more pure gold.

(4) Amalgamator

The gold concentrate will be mixed with mercury in it. and at last you will get the Gold amalgam from it.

Put the gold amalgam in the distiller, and heat it. You will recovery the mercury and get the pure gold from it.

(5) Gold Furnace

The pure gold will be smelted by the furnace to get the gold bars.
