1.Are you a factory or trading company?
Yes, We are factory with many years' experience in production of skates, skateboard, protector and parts of skates, skateboard and bicycle accessories.
2.How could I get a sample?
we can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock. welcome you to contect with us to comfirm the sample you want. we have to receive your payment for samples and express cost,then we will ship to you. express delivery fee depends on the weight of thesimple.
3.What format of the file do you need if I want to do my own design?
For printing design, we need AI or PDF file for set up the print-plate. We will make mock-up photo and send you for print details approve, include color, size and position before batch printing.
4.How many colors are available?
Customers can customize their own colors
5.What is the minimum order quantity (MQD)?
Usually 300 pairs/model/size/colour,accepted Mix packing or Mix container, but the quantity of each model should not be less than MOQ.
6.What is your terms of payment?
T/T 30% as deposit, and balance paid against B/L copy. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
7.How about your delivery time?
Order and prepaid deposit arrival confirmation, we'll arrange production as soon as possible. Because the products you order are all newly produced, we need 30-60 days to produce the products you need. The production cycle will not exceed 60 days. The transit time depends on the items, quantity and the destination.
