WORKING PRINCIPLE

transportation and exhaust, and the establishment of mathematical and physical model, It is used to guide the design of twin-screw extruder and the optimization of extrusion process, As a twin-screw extruder, the internal relationship between reaction process, speed, performance and screw configuration and operating conditions is established to guide the reaction molding extrusion.
In the dispersion with solid powder and liquid coexisting and mainly composed of solid phase, the basic particles of solid powder can be bonded and increased by forced means (such as extrusion, gravity, centrifugal force, mechanical force, air impact force, etc.) by using the self viscosity of the dispersion (or additional binder). And form a certain shape and particle size uniform, concentrated particles group. Wet granulation equipment is mainly composed of mixing (kneading), granulation, drying and its auxiliary system equipment. After being mixed (kneaded), the powder enters the granulator to form the wet product with the required particle size. After drying, the granular product is obtained, thus realizing the purpose of granulation. Set twin-screw extruder is divided into front discharge type and side discharge type. The diameter of front discharge type is generally 1.5-12 mm, while that of side discharge type is 0.7-2.0. The particle shape is cylindrical and the granulation rate is more than 95%.
