Features
X3 Grinding Wheel Dressing Machine can dress diamond/CBN grinding wheels, and can also dress plane, side, angle, outer arc and forming grinding wheels. Single-piece grinding wheel and multi-piece grinding wheel combination can be used at the same time.
This machine provides simple and high-efficiency dressing on the diamond grinding wheel/CBN grinding wheel and the grinding wheel shaft composed of several grinding wheels.
The machine is not only easy to operate, but also has high precision.
Features
The machine tool uses the principle of the speed difference between the dressed grinding wheel and the dressing wheel to realize the shape dressing of the dressed grinding wheel.
The grinding wheel of the machine tool spindle is used as a diamond grinding wheel or CBN grinding wheel to be dressed, and the grinding wheel installed on the accessory is used as a dressing grinding wheel, that is, a green silicon carbide grinding wheel.
The two directions of the dressing wheel can be adjusted, that is, X axis and Y axis.
The dressing wheel can be adjusted in three directions, that is, the rotation of the A axis, the X1 axis and the Y1 axis, and the reciprocating swing of the frequency conversion speed regulation. In addition, the rotation and positioning between the X1 axis and the Y1 axis can realize the dressing of the grinding wheel. Do a 180° rotation.
The machine tool is equipped with CCD optical measurement system, grating ruler digital display measurement system, 10 to 100 times magnification system, and liquid crystal display.
